Why is this statue historic and so unique?<\/b><\/p>\n

This statue of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Child Jesus from the image above is so unique and historic for several reasons. First of all, it is a <\/span>real 44-inch statue<\/strong>\u00a0that the Communal First Saturdays Apostolate (CFSA) helped\u00a0<\/span>design<\/strong>\u00a0and commission. This statue depicts Jesus and Mary\u2019s request for the spread of the First Saturdays devotion. It is also\u00a0<\/span>hand-carved and hand-painted. 20 different artists worked on this statue.<\/strong> It was\u00a0<\/span>blessed\u00a0<\/strong>en el<\/span>\u00a0first day\u00a0<\/strong>of the new\u00a0<\/span>Vatican-Declared Jubilee<\/strong>,<\/span>\u00a0on the 100th Anniversary<\/strong>\u00a0of the apparition, on December 10, 2025 where the actual apparition took place in Pontevedra,\u00a0<\/span>by His Excellency Archbishop Jude Thaddeus Okolo<\/strong>, Apostolic Nuncio to the Czech Republic. The blessing took place on the grounds of the apparition site but also in the specific area where the Child Jesus came back 2 months later, on\u00a0<\/span>February 15, 1926<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span>to ask all of us\u00a0<\/strong>through the person of Lucia<\/span>\u00a0if the First Saturdays have been spread throughout the world.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

CFSA, Jubilee Year, and Historic Statue<\/strong><\/p>\n

The statue was blessed<\/strong> en el first day of the new Vatican-Declared Jubilee <\/strong>(Dec. 10, 2025-December 10, 2026), on the 100th Anniversary of the apparition<\/strong>, on December 10, 2025 in honor of apparition that revealed the First Saturdays devotion of reparation.<\/p>\n

(3 apparitions related to the First Saturdays devotion took place in Pontevedra, Spain. All are part of 12 apparitions that make up the Fatima Message. The first 9 took place in Fatima, Portugal).<\/em><\/p>\n
