- Practice the First Saturdays Devotion: On the 1st Saturday of at least 5 consecutive months, fulfill the following 4 practices, each with the intention of making reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary:

- Confession
- Rosary (5 decades)
- Reception of Holy Communion
- Meditation for 15 minutes on the mysteries of the Rosary in Our Lady’s company.
