Dr. Katrina Leyden, the President and Co-Founder of the Communal First Saturdays Apostolate (CFSA), is the co-author of the most comprehensive book available among the literature on the First Saturdays, The Communal First Saturdays book. This book contains the order of devotion for the Communal First Saturdays, and a thorough treatment of the First Saturdays, Communal First Saturdays and much more. This book has been in a process of development since the beginning of the CFSA 15 years ago. The final version of this book received the imprimatur in 2017. Most importantly, the Communal First Saturdays is the first canonically approved public First Saturdays devotion accompanying the Liturgy in a standardized written form that can be established in any parish. Dr. Leyden is the co-author of all of the books and pamphlets on the First Saturdays listed here. The Communal First Saturdays has now spread to different states in the USA as well as different countries, including Mexico, Canada, Ireland, Portugal, the Philippines and the United Kingdom. Dr. Leyden is the host for the Radio Program, Fatima and the First Saturdays on Radio Maria that airs every Friday at 12pm ET/5 pm UK time. Dr. Timothy McTigue is one of the original founders of the CFSA in 2008 and has continued with this important work. Dr. McTigue wants to help spread the First Saturdays throughout the world, and tries to help others understand how the Communal First Saturdays is the most effective way to do this.
