In addition to the other required practices, to fulfill the First Saturdays, one should physically go to Mass and receive Holy Communion on the First Saturday. 

If you do not have the public Los Primeros Sábados Comunitarios® in the parish, we recommend that you privately pray the required Rosary before Mass and fulfill the Meditation immediately after Mass. Devocionario de Los Primeros Sábados Comunitarios can help you do this.

This video is to help those who cannot pray  the Rosary and fulfill the separate 15 minute Meditation in the church. In this case, the video can help those do these correctly. There are also some additional helpful prayers. One would still need to physically go to Mass and receive Holy Communion on the First Saturday. No one can fulfill the First Saturdays sólo online.

You may receive the Sacrament of Confession sometime in the same month as long as you receive Holy Communion in the state of grace and have the intention of making reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary when you go to Confession.

However, some may be unable to go to Mass and receive Holy Communion due to serious reasons such as illness.  If you are sick or homebound, possibly, a priest or Eucharistic Minister can bring you Holy Communion on the First Saturday. If that is not possible, we know from Jesus’ words, that you can request permission from a priest to receive the required Holy Communion, for the devotion, on the following Sunday. If the priest brings you Holy Communion, you could ask to confess when the priest comes. Otherwise, you could schedule a priest to come another day.
